JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Insurance Virtual Assistant to support a US-based insurance agency. This role is best suited for someone with prior personal lines insurance experience who can independently manage quoting workflows with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands insurance processes, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment without requiring extensive coaching or hand-holding.

Requirements:

• MUST have at least 6 months to 1 year of personal lines insurance experience
• MUST have experience handling insurance quoting workflows
• MUST be familiar with personal lines products such as Home, Auto, Umbrella, Renters, and Dwelling policies
• MUST have experience using EZLynx and/or carrier portals
• MUST understand insurance terminology, documentation, and quoting requirements
• MUST have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• MUST be highly organized and detail-oriented
• MUST be comfortable working from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine Time
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments
• MUST have a reliable computer, headset, and internet connection

Qualifications and Skill Sets:

• Strong personal lines insurance knowledge
• Experience navigating carrier websites and portals
• Ability to work independently and solve problems before escalating issues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling direct feedback and working with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Quote personal lines renewals and remarkets
• Process personal lines quotes for Home, Auto, Umbrella, Renters, Dwelling, and related policies
• Contact mortgage companies as needed
• Process endorsements and policy change requests
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow agency workflows while ensuring timely completion of tasks
