JOB OVERVIEW

Position Title: Development & Content Operations VA – Long-Term Opportunity (Part-Time to Full-Time)
Salary: $500–$1600/month (depending on experience)
Schedule: 20–40 hours/week to start, flexible hours with some overlap preferred (San Diego timezone)
Type: Long-term, with potential to grow into full-time

About Me
Hi! I'm Brian—real estate developer, investor, and content creator focused on simplifying real estate development for homeowners and investors. I recently launched my own brand, The Builder Brian, and I’m looking for a smart, reliable, and creative Virtual Assistant to help manage my content, marketing tasks, admin work, and project operations as the brand grows.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help organize, create, and manage all the backend systems that keep my business running smoothly. This includes:
Content & Marketing Support
Scheduling and posting to Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube


Creating graphics in Canva (social posts, brochures, event flyers)
Uploading blog content & managing WordPress posts
Supporting landing page creation (basic tools like Carrd, MailerLite, etc.)
Organizing social media filming calendar & planning

Administrative & Operational Tasks
Managing my calendar & coordinating meetings
Helping organize files and email inboxes
Data entry, research, and file conversions
Creating SOPs (standard operating procedures) for repeated tasks
Assist with client communication & follow-ups

Project Management & Systems Building
Updating and organizing Notion workspaces (task tracking, project status, SOPs)
Tracking content pipeline, campaigns, and internal projects
Creating workflows and dashboards to make the business more efficient

Tools You’ll Use
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
Notion (daily project tracking)
Canva
WordPress
Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
Airtable, MailerLite, Calendly (bonus if familiar)

What I’m Looking For
Strong English communication (written & spoken)
Detail-oriented and organized
Resourceful problem-solver — not afraid to figure things out
Creative eye for design (even simple clean layouts)
Comfortable with tech tools (and eager to learn new ones)
Loyal and long-term mindset — this role will grow!

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)
Experience with social media management or content creation
Familiarity with real estate, construction, or development industries
Video editing (even basic)
Copywriting or blog writing
