- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, take detailed messages, and
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices
- Draft and send client agreements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as required.
- Assist with general bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation on MYOB
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone manner and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an Australian setting (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
