JOB OVERVIEW

???? Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who is skilled in running tROAS campaigns for mobile apps on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.

You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns that maximize return on ad spend and drive high-quality installs and conversions for our app.

???? Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage tROAS-based ad campaigns for mobile apps (Android/iOS).
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPI, retention, and LTV.
• Create, test, and iterate on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Work with our analytics team to track conversions and events using tools like Firebase, Appsflyer, or other MMPs.
• Regularly report on campaign performance with clear insights and suggestions.
• Suggest improvements in user funnel and event tracking to support campaign goals.

? Requirements:
• Proven experience with tROAS campaigns for mobile apps.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads (App Campaigns), Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
• Experience with mobile attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills — able to optimize based on data, not guesswork.
• Knowledge of ad creative best practices for mobile.
• Ability to work independently and drive measurable results.

• Experience with creative testing frameworks (e.g., hooks, value props).
• Worked on subscription-based apps or AdMob-integrated apps.
• Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization).
