Performance Marketing Manager

Contentas Marketing, an innovative and forward-thinking international content marketing agency located in Denmark and the United Arab Emirates, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated freelance Performance Marketing Manager to join our remote team.

This role demands a meticulous approach to a diverse array of tasks, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads;

- Analytics & Reporting: Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools, and providing detailed reports with insights and recommendations to management;

- Budget Management: Managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve the best possible return on investment (ROI);

- A/B Testing: Implementing and analyzing A/B tests to refine campaign strategies and improve performance;

- Audience Targeting: Identifying and targeting key audience segments to maximize engagement and conversions;

- Keyword Research: Conducting keyword research to inform and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns;

- Creative Collaboration: Working closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our audience;

- Market Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, and applying these insights to our campaigns.

Workplace & Hours:

- Location: Remote work;
- Starting Date: Immediate;
- Working Hours: Full-time position;
- Salary: 50.000-100.000 PHP per month depending on skills and experience.

Candidate Requirements:

- Language Skills: Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills;

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads;

- Skills: Advanced knowledge of performance marketing platforms and tools, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
