JOB OVERVIEW

Australian growth agency hiring a senior performance marketer to own a portfolio of ecommerce and service accounts end-to-end. You work directly with the founder, own results, and grow into a Paid Media Team Lead as we scale.

WHAT YOU OWN
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads, end-to-end
Ecommerce performance: Merchant Center, product feeds, and tROAS bidding on real revenue data
Full-funnel outcomes: landing page and CRO audits, offer and tracking diagnosis, not just the ad account
Efficient at-scale management via Google Ads Editor
Conversion tracking, GA4, and GTM setup and troubleshooting
Weekly optimisation and client reporting


REQUIRED
3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta at $10k+/month spend
Proven ecommerce: Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center, feeds, tROAS
Full-funnel thinking: comfortable auditing landing pages, CRO, offers, and funnels
Strong Google Ads Editor fluency
GA4 and GTM proficient
Connects performance to business outcomes, calm and fast under pressure
Fluent written and spoken English


NICE TO HAVE
Agency experience
Service / lead-gen experience (CPL, call tracking, geo)
Experience leading a small team

HOW WE WORK
Daily check-in and end-of-day summary. Weekly reporting. Measured on output, not hours. Full-time, AEST business hours. This is your only role, no other clients or jobs.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH
$1,000/month + performance bonuses. Clear pathway to Paid Media Team Lead with commission.
