About the role
We are looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Performance Content Creative to support our beauty supplement brand across TikTok, Instagram, Meta ads, Shopee, website, and retail campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form video, social media trends, ad creatives, beauty/wellness content, and graphic design. You will help turn product benefits, customer reviews, founder content, influencer videos, and campaign ideas into high-performing content that drives awareness, clicks, and sales.
Key responsibilities
1. Video editing
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta ads, Shopee, and website use.
Create strong opening hooks, captions, subtitles, transitions, overlays, product callouts, before/after style edits, UGC-style edits, and founder-led content edits.
2. Ad creative production
Create conversion-focused ad creatives based on briefs from the performance marketing team.
Produce multiple versions of the same concept with different hooks, captions, thumbnails, angles, and CTAs for testing.
3. Graphic design
Design social media posts, ad graphics, story slides, product education carousels, Shopee/Lazada banners, website banners, promo visuals, and simple campaign assets.
4. Content planning support
Support the team with weekly content calendars, creative ideas, campaign concepts, hooks, trending formats, and competitor inspiration.
Help organize content by product, campaign, platform, audience, and funnel stage.
5. Creative research
Research winning TikTok, Meta, Shopee, beauty, wellness, and supplement ads.
Save references and suggest how we can adapt them for Dr. Ora in a brand-safe and premium way.
6. Asset management
Organize raw videos, influencer content, product photos, customer reviews, scripts, ad versions, and final edited files clearly in Google Drive or project management tools.
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in video editing, social media content, graphic design, or creative production.
Strong skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Good sense of TikTok/Reels pacing, hooks, subtitles, and visual storytelling.
Able to design clean, premium, beauty-focused graphics.
Understands e-commerce, social media ads, and performance creative testing.
Comfortable producing high volume of creatives weekly.
Good English writing and communication skills.
Beauty, skincare, wellness, supplements, FMCG, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
