JOB OVERVIEW

Core Responsibilities:

• Ideate, script, and brief new ad concepts based on data froUpgrade to see actual infota Ad Account.
• Monitor competitor ad creatives, platform-specific best practices, and ad account performance trends to generate new ad creative ideas.
• Understand customer language and pain points to create new angles/messaging styles tailored to specific customer avatars.
• Iterate winning ad creatives at scale, producing multiple hook, body, and avatar variations.
• Fully manage end-to-end production of performance creative assets without media buying responsibilities.
• Proficiently read and interpret data within Meta Ads Manager.


Additional Functions:
• Act as a creative thought leader within the Growth team, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to expand reach through new platforms, content formats, and audience segments.
• Build and maintain a library of high-performing creative assets to streamline production processes.
• Opportunity to build and lead a creative team as the company scales.


Success Metrics:
• Achieve set CPA and volume targets.
• Efficiently deliver creative assets at scale that meet or exceed advertising goals.


Core Skills:
• Strong copywriting skills, ideally in a direct response style.
• Understanding of marketing first principles and purchase behavior motivation.
• Creative mind for briefing visual hook ideas and video editing styles.
• Data-driven approach, utilizing reports, analytics, and dashboards for marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for briefing hook and ad copy ideas and concept development.
• Project management and clear communication with relevant stakeholders (video editors, creators, etc.).

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience managing the full UGC production process for a health/supplement D2C brand (concept development, copywriting, sourcing creators, briefing editors, revising, and optimizing content).
• Experience managing creative production for a brand spending over £200k/month on paid social advertising with a proven track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms, specifically Meta.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of using performance data to inform and optimize creative decisions.
• Basic experience with Figma/Canva for creating static ads is a plus.
• A passion for health & wellness or skincare is a plus.
