We are Upcomers, one of the fastest growing prop trading firms in the world. We operate
in a fast moving, highly competitive market where a single ad creative can d
a trader chooses us or scrolls past. Because of that, design sits at the center of our
growth. We run a high volume of paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and display,
and we are looking for a dedicated designer to own that creative output with us for the
long term.
We have worked with talented designers from the Philippines before and have always been
impressed by the level of skill and dedication. That experience is a big part of why we
are hiring here again.
THE ROLE
This is a full time, long term position, not a one time project. We are looking for one
exceptional designer to grow with us over the coming years. Your core responsibility is
to produce high performing ad creatives and banners that capture attention, communicate
trust, and convert traders who are comparing prop firms.
We are not looking for someone who only executes briefs and waits for the next task. We
are looking for a creative partner. Someone who is genuinely passionate about advertising
design, who studies what makes an ad work, and who brings new ideas to the table instead
of simply repeating what already exists. If you are the kind of designer who sees a weak
ad and immediately thinks about how you would make it far better, you will fit in well here.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design scroll stopping static ads, banners, and carousels for Meta, TikTok, Google, and
display placements. Develop fresh creative concepts and angles, not just variations of
the same idea. Translate offers, payouts, funding programs, rules, and trader wins into
clear and persuasive visuals. Produce multiple strong variations of winning concepts for
testing. Build and maintain a clean template system so we can ship high quality work at
volume. Review real ad performance with our team and use those insights to improve the
next round of creative. Help shape the overall creative direction as we scale across
multiple brands.
You will have real ownership in this role. Your ideas and your point of view matter, and
we want a designer who is confident enough to push us to be bolder and more original.
WHO YOU ARE
You have a strong portfolio of paid social ad creatives and banners, not brand identity
or print work. You have real experience designing for
advertising. You understand hierarchy, contrast, hooks, and mobile first readability, and
you know the difference between design that simply looks good and design that performs.
You are genuinely passionate about the craft and enjoy experimenting, innovating, and
trying new approaches. You can produce several strong creatives consistently without
losing quality. You communicate clearly in written English, work well independently, and
take ownership of your work. You have a reliable setup, stable internet, and full time
availability.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with prop firms, trading, forex, futures, fintech, or financial education is a
strong plus, although it is not required. We also value experience with motion design,
short form video, or animated banners, and any examples of ads you have designed that
measurably improved click through rate, return on ad spend, or cost per result. Above all,
genuine passion and creative thinking matter more than a perfect checklist of credentials.
WHAT WE OFFER
A salary of $1,000 to $1,800 per month depending on skill, along with performance bonuses
