The Role
We need a detail-oriented administrator with a strong background in data science and technical automation to keep our global people operations running smoothly. You'll manage our HR systems, coordinate team activities across time zones, and ensure all our people processes run efficiently. Working directly with our Global People Partner, you'll be the first point of contact for our team's HR needs.

Responsibilities:
Run our core People operations including documentation, system updates (Charlie HR/Charlie Recruit, Asana), and data management
Coordinate our global onboarding program, ensuring new joiners have a smooth start
Support monthly payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance, bonus, and leave records

Prepare regular people metrics reports covering staffing, training, and performance data

Leverage AI tools to streamline and optimize HR processes.
Manage team communications including policy updates, announcements, and cultural initiatives
Assist with performance review administration and documentation
Automate repetitive HR tasks and improve workflows by linking different HR and operational tools.
Coordinate cross-timezone meetings, training sessions, and team events
Requirements:
Must be able to work UK business hours (non-negotiable)
4 years of people operations experience in fast-growth companies
Proven track record of improving operational processes
Experience using HR systems and databases
Strong data science background, with experience in analysing and optimising people data.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven HR solutions and automation tools.
Experience linking various tools and platforms to enhance efficiency (e.g., API integrations, Zapier, HRIS automation).
