Looking for a Payroll Assistant to assist our Payroll across a few different businesses with different departments
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintains records of payroll transactions
-Assist existing Payroll Department with current processes and procedures
-Review hours and mileage logs submitted
-Maintain records for each department and company
-Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
-Prepare and maintain existing financial excel sheets
-Establish and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with the Hiring, HR, Operations departments.
-Ensure all new hire paperwork is in order and accessible.
-Ensure effective, efficient, and professional communication occurs with all interactions.
-Coordinate with Insurance companies on needs for assisting new and existing staff.
-Assist with tracking, gathering and documenting information.
Requirements:
-More than 3 years of experience in payroll processing
-Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software is highly desirable
-Developing Standards

Work Hours:
M-F 8 AM to 4 PM Central Time
M-F 10 PM to 6 PM PHT
