Patient Intake Specialist (Remote, Medico-Legal Company)

We are a California-based medico-legal company looking for a part-time remote Patient Intake Specialist to conduct patient interviews for medicolegal purposes. Candidates from top universities in the Philippines are highly encouraged to apply.

Position Details:
Remote | Part-Time | 4-hour shifts
Shift Options (Manila Time): 11 PM - 3 AM or 4 AM - 8 AM (shifts may vary based on patient availability)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured patient intakes with American patients for medico-legal purposes.
- Gather and document detailed patient history.
- Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with an American accent.
- Strong grammar, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Prior experience in patient intakes is a plus.
