Patient Care Specialist

Manage patient communication and order resolutions on Telemedicine CRM. Communicate directly with doctor network and pharmacies to support order processing. Communicate directly with patients regarding order status. This role requires excellent written and spoken English skills and specialist must be proficient in CRM and Intercom. Specialist must be comfortable responding via chat, email and by inbound/outbound phones. Specialist must have a sales background to support calling patients who need support to complete orders. It is a mix of customer care, customer service, sales, and retention.
