Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Facebook and Google Ads specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing ads for home services in Los Angeles, San Diego, or Southern California. Our business relies heavily on these platforms, and we need someone who can help us optimize and grow our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to achieve high conversion rates and ROI.

Strategy Development: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve our ad strategies.

Weekly Analysis: Participate in weekly video calls to analyze campaign performance, discuss optimization strategies, and implement changes.

Experimentation: Be willing to experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in managing successful Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for home services in Southern California.

Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to apply them effectively.

Communication Skills: High verbal abilities, a sense of humor, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Conceptual Thinking: High-level conceptual thinking to develop innovative ad strategies.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ad optimization tools and software.

Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

Work Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 3-5 hours per week.

Potential for full-time based on performance and mutual interest.
