Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Research, Business Admin, Content, and Lifestyle Support

We’re looking to find and onboard a part-time VA to support a high-performing entrepreneur with both personal and business tasks. The VA should be savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to complete a range of tasks — from online research to presentation formatting and social media content creation. You’ll be helping the entrepreneur free up time to focus on the work and creativity only I can do—so We are looking for someone resourceful, reliable, and easy to work with.

This is a part-time (approx. 15–20 hours/week) role with potential to grow over time. Flexible working hours, but some overlap with my timezone is helpful (Europe/Middle East). *Long-term potential for the right fit

???? You’ll Be Supporting With:

???? Admin & Lifestyle Tasks

? Online research (e.g. comparing services, organizing travel, sourcing suppliers)

? Booking appointments, travel, accommodation

? Organizing and tracking expenses

? Managing to-do lists, scheduling, reminders

? Light project coordination or follow-ups


???? Content & Online Presence

? Helping polish and schedule posts for LinkedIn and Instagram

? Creating or formatting decks, templates, and light graphics (Canva, Google Slides, etc.)

? Keeping a simple content calendar up to date


???? Work Support (Chief Growth Officer role)

? Market research and compiling outreach lists

? Drafting emails or short messages

? Helping track growth initiatives and ongoing priorities

? Formatting reports or summaries in clean, presentable formats

???? You’re a Great Fit If You Are:

? Fluent in English (written and spoken)

? Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful

? Great with Google Workspace, Canva, online research, AI tools

? Comfortable with light design or presentation formatting

? Reliable and trustworthy with sensitive info

? Proactive—able to take initiative but also ask when unclear
