Responsibilities:
? Assist with Job Postings
? Source Candidates
? Screen Resumes
? Conduct Initial Interviews
? Schedule Interviews
? Coordinate Employee Onboarding and Orientation
? Manage Candidate Database
? Time Tracking and Reporting
? Employee Scorecard and KPIs
? Data Export and Integration
? Task Management and Dependencies
? Support in Performance Evaluations
? Maintain Employee Records
? Vacation Tracking
? Assist in Developing Procedures Manuals
? Facilitate Employee Training
? General HR Support
? Address employee inquiries and concerns
? Assist in conflict resolution and mediation
? Support in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
? Ensure compliance with Texas labor laws and company policies
? Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly

Requirements:
? Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
? Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
? Ability to work US business hours.
? This position is part-time with flexible hours, suitable for remote work.
