We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Second Assistant to support our CEO. This role is focused on research, scheduling, and operational tasks, ensuring the CEO's workflow is seamless and efficient. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Compile reports and summaries to support decision-making.
Assist in gathering data for presentations, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Operational Support:
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and administrative tasks.
Help streamline workflows and processes for increased efficiency.
Support in organizing events, conferences, and tea
Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant (preferably in media, research, or consulting).
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Asana, or Trello).
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in media, consulting, or a research-focused environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
