About the role
We help local home service businesses across the US grow through marketing and lead generation services. As our Sales Caller, your job is straightforward: in the morning/afternoon you call business owners who have already responded to our outreach and get them started on a free trial. In the evening you call back the people who ran their trial that day and close them onto a paid plan.
Every person you call has already shown interest — there is no cold calling.
What your day looks like
11:00am–12:30pm EST — Call new interested leads, explain the service, and book them onto a free trial. You can realistically book 4–5 trials in this window if not more. Keep brief notes on each call.
5:00pm–5:30pm EST — Call back business owners who have already completed their trial. Answer any questions, handle objections, and close them onto a paid plan.
That's your full day. Simple, repeatable, and results-driven.
What we're looking for
Clear, neutral or American-accented English — the business owners you'll speak with are American and need to feel comfortable in the conversation
Confident and natural on the phone — this is a people role, not a script-reading role
Some background in sales, appointment setting, or customer service — BPO experience is a strong plus
Reliable and punctual — you show up for both shifts every day without being chased
Quiet calling environment and a stable internet connection
Performance bonuses
On top of your base pay:
$5 for every free trial you successfully book. Historically 1 in 5 trials converts to a paid client
$50 for every client you close onto a paid plan. We currently close 1 out of 5 trials
On track earnings are around $1350 a month
The more you close, the more you earn. This role has real upside for someone who takes it seriously.
