Part-Time Remote AI Content Creator & Growth Manager 4 Hours Per Day | Monday to Friday | Fully Remote

We are looking for a creative, proactive and growth-focused AI Content Creator & Growth Manager to help grow two personal development brands:

The Journeyman A coaching brand focused on identity, purpose, leadership, alignment, performance and helping people create meaningful change in their lives.

The Structured Mind A personal development brand focused on ADHD, autism, executive functioning, emotional regulation, productivity and bringing order to chaos.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media growth, AI tools and building engaged communities.

This is not simply a video editing role.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of content performance, audience growth and continuous improvement.

This is a long-term position with significant opportunity for increased hours, responsibility and earnings as the brands continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities 1. AI Content Creation

Create engaging short-form content using AI tools and modern editing software.

This includes:

AI video generation AI image generation Cinematic B-roll creation Storytelling visuals Motion graphics Subtitles and captions Content repurposing

You will regularly transform:

Voice notes Voiceovers Written content Coaching concepts Existing viral content formats

into engaging Instagram Reels.

2. Content Production

Produce a minimum of:

5+ reels per week for The Journeyman 5+ reels per week for The Structured Mind

Content may include:

Motivational content Educational content Storytelling content Psychology content Personal development content Neurodiversity content 3. Content Research & Trend Analysis

Daily research across:

Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts

Identify:

Viral content Emerging trends High-performing hooks Retention strategies Storytelling formats

Bring fresh ideas to the business every week.

4. Social Media Growth

Help grow both brands through:

Engagement with relevant accounts Meaningful interactions within target communities Monitoring audience behaviour Identifying growth opportunities Suggesting improvements to content strategy

This role is focused on genuine audience growth rather than spam outreach.

5. Community Management

Daily management of:

Comments Direct messages Audience interactions

Respond professionally and consistently while maintaining each brand's tone of voice.

6. Performance Analysis

Provide monthly reporting covering:

Views Reach Engagement Follower growth Top-performing content Recommendations for improvement

You will be expected to actively identify what is working and what should change.

7. Continuous Improvement

Stay current with:

Instagram algorithm changes AI video tools Content marketing trends Reels best practices Audience growth strategies

We want somebody who enjoys learning and testing new ideas.

Requirements Excellent written English Strong understanding of Instagram Reels Experience editing short-form content Experience using AI tools Strong creativity and attention to detail Ability to work independently Reliable internet connection Strong organisational skills Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following:

ChatGPT Kling Veo Runway Midjourney Canva CapCut

Equivalent tools are welcome.

Starting Pay: 300 PHP per hour

Monthly Base Pay: Approximately 26,000 PHP

Performance Bonuses

Additional bonuses will be available based on performance.
