Monthly performance bonus: Up to $300 for hitting targets

Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
Previous experience in real estate, mortgage, or sales (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
Experience with CRM systems
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet workspace for calls
Computer with updated operating system
Headset with noise-canceling microphone
Core Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research (PropStream)
Pull targeted investor lists daily
Research and qualify investment properties
Identify high-potential opportunities
Track market trends and property status changes
CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
Manage automated sequences
Update lead information
Monitor engagement metrics
Maintain organized pipeline
Outreach & Communication
Execute 25-35 calls per day
Send personalized follow-ups
Manage multi-channel campaigns
Schedule qualified appointments
