About Us:
We own several small businesses. Each of our brands is passionate about serving its clientele with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Google and Facebook PPC Advertising Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts and achieving our growth objectives through effective Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies.

Job Overview:
As a PPC Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid search campaigns for our local small businesses on Google and Facebook platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a profound understanding of PPC, digital marketing, and local advertising dynamics.

Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google and Facebook, focusing on maximizing ROI.
Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy.
Communicate regularly with management on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis.
Optimization of campaigns to meet predefined KPIs and improvement of conversion rates.
Manage ad placements, targeting, and budgets.
Write high-quality ad copy and optimize through A/B testing.
Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, and contribute to project ROI.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads, particularly for local small businesses.
Strong understanding of PPC, campaign management, and optimization practices.
Familiarity with SEO, web analytics, and Google Analytics.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to mine data for insights.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English with excellent writing and creative content skills.
Ability to work independently and in a self-directed environment.

At least 2 years of relevant experience in PPC campaign management and digital marketing.

Part-Time Hours:
This position requires flexible hours. Work will be completed with an agreed upon schedule.
