Part-Time E-commerce Product Research & QuickBooks Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized tea ---------- mber to help grow our online store.

This position combines product research, product sourcing, catalog management, and basic QuickBooks support.

Responsibilities

Product Research & Sourcing

Research products on Amazon and other marketplaces
Identify products that fit our customer base
Analyze pricing, competition, and demand
Recommend products to add to our store
Monitor product trends and opportunities
Help expand our catalog with quality products

Product Management

Organize product information
Create and update product listings
Maintain product spreadsheets and records
Help keep our catalog organized

QuickBooks Support

Categorize transactions
Assist with bookkeeping tasks
Maintain organized financial records
Generate basic reports when needed

Requirements

Experience with QuickBooks
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using spreadsheets
Good written and spoken English
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Willing to learn our products and customer preferences

Our customers have specific shopping preferences, and we are looking for someone who can learn our product categories and help us identify products that are a good fit for our store.

This position uses Hubstaff time tracking during working hours. Candidates should be comfortable with:

Time tracking
Activity monitoring
Productivity reporting
Working during scheduled hours
