JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce business seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to manage key operational aspects of our Amazon FBA and eBay sales channels. We value clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs within a defined time constraint.

**Job Summary:**

This part-time role requires a multi-faceted individual to handle product sourcing for Amazon FBA, manage eBay store operations, provide timely customer service, and assist with other business-related tasks as needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can contribute to various aspects of our online business.

**Responsibilities (Maximum 40-60 Hours/Month):**

* **Amazon FBA Product Sourcing (10-15 Hours/Month):**
* Conduct in-depth product research using tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar.
* Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and estimated sales volume to identify profitable product opportunities.
* Source and evaluate potential suppliers, requesting samples and negotiating pricing.
* Prepare detailed sourcing reports, including product specifications, supplier information, and projected ROI.
* Present a minimum of 3 viable product opportunities per month with a target minimum 20% profit margin.
* **eBay Store Management (10-15 Hours/Month):**
* Create and optimize eBay product listings with high-quality images and keyword-rich descriptions.
* Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
* Process and fulfill eBay orders promptly, maintaining a 99% on-time shipping rate.
* Manage eBay store performance, track key metrics (conversion rate, sales), and implement strategies to increase sales by at least 5% monthly.
* Create or optimize a minimum of 10 eBay listings per week.
* **Customer Service (20-25 Hours/Month):**
* Provide prompt and professional customer support via chat and phone.
* Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours during designated business hours.
* Resolve customer issues (returns, refunds, complaints) efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher.
* Reduce negative customer feedback by 10% monthly.
* Maintain a detailed customer interaction log.
* **Ad Hoc Business Tasks (Variable Hours, Within 60 Hour Limit):**
* Assist with market research and competitor analysis.
* Data entry and management.
* Other business-related tasks as needed and assigned.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in e-commerce, specifically Amazon FBA and eBay.
* Proficiency in using Amazon FBA product research tools (Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa, etc.).
* Strong understanding of eBay listing optimization and sales strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience with customer service software (Zoom Phone, etc.) is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace.
* Basic Accounting knowledge.
* Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.

**Technical Requirements:**

* Reliable high-speed internet connection.
* Computer with sufficient processing power for e-commerce tools.
* Headset with microphone for customer service calls.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

* $200 USD per month, paid monthly.
* Maximum of 60 hours per month.
* Time tracking via software is required.
