Part Time Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional manner
- Manage customer orders including processing, tracking, and resolving discrepancies
- Handle exchanges, warranty claims, and returns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

- Available 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST (non-negotiable)
