Paralegal (must have JD or in process)

We are looking for someone to work Saturdays and Sundays US Pacific time from 1pm-5pm (4 hours two days a week, total of 8 hours per week). Job would be mostly doing research, drafting pleadings, demand letters, and filling out legal forms. Pay would be $80/week ($320 monthly). There is a very high liklihood of conversion to full time after a couple months if you show that you are dependable and can do the job (I have 3 other paralegals and the law firm is growing rapidly). Once full-time, we provide paid holidays off as well as 13th month pay (paid half in June, half in December). We don't currently use monitoring equipment or micromanage--we just like the work done timely and accurately. Must be able to work in front of computer and use MS Teams during those hours.
