Amsterdam Heritage is an international fashion lifestyle brand based in Miami (USA) and in Amsterdam (The Netherlands). We cater to both women and men and create multiple fashion categories such as leather belts & bags, beanies & scarves, leather shirts & jackets and men’s apparel. Amsterdam Heritage products are sold in boutiques and stores nationwide as well as through catalog companies and web shops, including our own web shop (www.amsterdamheritage.com).

We are looking for a part time Paid Advertisement specialist who will be targeting our fashion brand in the higher segment in the United States. Below you find the key required skills:

Ad Campaign Management:
Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
Understanding of different ad formats and targeting options.

Platform Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Familiarity with emerging advertising platforms.

Analytics and Reporting:
Strong analytical skills to measure ad performance and ROI.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.

Audience Targeting:
Expertise in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Understanding of the high-end fashion customer persona.

Creative Strategy:
Ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
Understanding of branding and visual aesthetics suitable for luxury fashion.

Budget Management:
Experience in managing large advertising budgets effectively.
Ability to allocate and adjust budgets based on performance data.

A/B Testing:
Proficiency in conducting A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting.

Copywriting:
Strong copywriting skills to create persuasive and engaging ad copy.

Competitor Analysis:
Ability to analyze competitor strategies and benchmark performance.

Trend Analysis:
Staying updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and the fashion industry.

Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and platform-specific analytics tools.

Bid Management Tools:
Tools like Marin Software, Kenshoo, or WordStream for managing bids and optimizing spend.

A/B Testing Tools:
Tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or VWO.

Creative Tools:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for creating ad creatives.
Video editing tools for creating engaging video ads.

Project Management Tools:
Tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira for managing ad campaigns and collaborating with teams.

Audience Insight Tools:

Facebook
Audience Insights, Google Audience Insights, and third-party tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.

Experience:

Years of Experience:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 3-5 years specifically in the fashion industry or luxury goods sector.

Proven track record of successful ad campaigns for high-end fashion brands.

Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the fashion industry, luxury market trends, and consumer behavior.

Campaign Management:
Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, including strategy development, execution, and performance analysis.

• You will work in a young, dynamic, and growing team of around 10 full timers from different nationalities.
• This is can be a part time position
• You will work fully remote. Your workday will start in the late afternoon until midnight (Philippines time) so that there is an overlap with our European and US East Coast Offices.
• Your compensation will depend on your level of experience.
