JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team that specializes in printed media solutions. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven marketer with deep expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC channels, and a passion for data analysis, optimization, and performance marketing.

This is a part-time role that requires working during US time zones or with significant overlap to ensure real-time collaboration with the team.

1. Paid Ad Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns primarily on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimize targeting and improve ad performance.
- Continuously analyze key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and make data-driven optimizations.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to refine ad copy, creatives, and targeting.
- Set up tracking and conversion pixels to accurately measure campaign success.

2. Ad Content Development & Strategy:
- Craft engaging ad copy and creatives in collaboration with the design team.
- Design compelling landing pages and funnels that drive conversions using tools like GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Align paid ad strategies with broader marketing goals, including email sequences and automation.

3. Performance Reporting & Optimization:
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly ad performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, budget utilization, and ROI tracking.
- Recommend and implement budget reallocation strategies for better performance.

4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business objectives.
- Participate in teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and strategy sessions to discuss campaign progress.
- Utilize project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Upgrade to see actual info for tracking and reporting.

5. Campaign Creation

Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills with a sharp eye for trends and optimization opportunities.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in print marketing or B2B industries is a major plus.
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, or other CRM/ad platforms is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a cross-functional team.
