As we continue to grow our Paid Advertising efforts, we’re looking for a talented Filipino Virtual Assistant to join our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with real, hands-on experience in digital advertising, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive, experienced Virtual Assistant to support our paid media initiatives, manage administrative tasks, and ensure effective communication between internal teams and external partners. This role requires outstanding English communication skills (both written and spoken), a high level of technical proficiency, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks. Regularly scheduled and ad hoc video meetings are part of the role, and active participation during U.S. business hours is essential due to the high level of team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the management and execution of Paid Media campaigns run by agencies and third-party partners

Maintain professional, timely communication with agencies and external teams

Organize and update marketing materials and documentation

Track media spend and campaign performance using Excel and Google Sheets

Conduct competitive research and assist in outreach to potential partners

Monitor auction insights and creative assets in the market

Support communication with freelance designers and manage creative rotations

Perform general administrative tasks to help keep marketing operations running smoothly

Use digital tools to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency

Assist with onboarding new partners and launching new campaigns

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — this is a top priority

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace tools

Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Video, etc.)

Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Basic understanding of digital marketing principles

Comfortable working closely with a U.S.-based team during U.S. Eastern business hours

This role requires full-time focus and is not suited for individuals managing multiple jobs

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
