Job Description: We are seeking a detail oriented Pagination Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining newspaper page layouts, recreating and designing display advertisements in Adobe InDesign based on client provided materials and specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong Adobe InDesign skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced production environment.

Must be able to work 9am-5pm EST

Key Responsibilities:
Build and update newspaper page layouts using Adobe InDesign.
Flow, format, and position editorial content
Create, recreate, and revise display ads in Adobe InDesign using client provided content, branding, and design requirements.
Ensure pages and advertisements meet publication specifications, design standards, and deadlines.
Review layouts and ads for accuracy, spacing, alignment, typography, and overall quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage production schedules and workflow priorities.
Troubleshoot layout, formatting, and production issues.
Maintain consistent quality while handling multiple publications and deadlines.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
Experience creating layouts and recreating designs from reference materials.
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.
Experience with newspaper pagination, print production, graphic design, or display ad creation is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Experience designing or recreating print advertisements.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
Understanding of print production and publication workflows.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and publication requirements.
Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
