JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for an experienced PPC Manager to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

This is a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) for someone who is highly analytical, results-driven, and capable of managing campaigns across multiple industries. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, reporting, and driving measurable business results for our clients.

Hours

* Full-time (40 hours per week)
Flexible Schedule as long as we are aware of regular schedule

Responsibilities

* Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns
* Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research
* Develop campaign strategies tailored to each client's goals
* Write and test ad copy and provide creative direction
* Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and account structure
* Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
* Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and related platforms
* Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
* Manage accounts across a variety of industries including:

* Automotive dealerships
* Home service businesses
* Restaurants
* Events and entertainment
* Local businesses
* Ecommerce brands
* Other lead generation and service-based industries

Expected Weekly & Monthly Deliverables

* Ongoing campaign optimizations and account maintenance
* Ad copy and creative testing
* Budget pacing and bid adjustments
* Conversion tracking audits and monitoring
* Weekly communication regarding campaign updates and performance, weekly strategy call to go through accounts
* Monthly reporting with insights, recommendations, and strategic direction

Required Experience & Skills

* 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
* Proven campaign success with examples of CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead generation, or revenue growth
* Strong understanding of:

* Google Ads
* Meta Ads
* Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
* Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Conversion tracking and attribution
* Landing page optimization principles
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
* Strong ad copywriting and testing experience
