JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency looking for a skilled PPC Manager to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This is a part-time role focused on driving qualified leads and improving cost efficiency.

This role is performance-driven—you will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, and results.

Hours: 10–20 hours per week
Location: Remote (

Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns
Conduct keyword and audience research
Write and test ad copy and creative direction
Manage budgets and bidding strategies
Monitor and improve conversion performance (CPL, ROAS)
Ensure proper conversion tracking (GA4, pixels, GTM)
Analyze performance and provide actionable insights

Expected Weekly / Monthly Deliverables:

Weekly campaign optimizations and updates
Ad testing (copy and/or creative iterations)
Budget pacing and performance adjustments
Conversion tracking validation and monitoring
Weekly summary of changes made + performance insights
Monthly reporting on results and strategy

Required Experience & Skills:

3–5+ years of experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Proven results (please include CPL, ROAS, or campaign performance examples)
Strong understanding of:
Conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels)
Campaign structure and optimization strategies
Ability to write high-converting ad copy
Experience managing multiple campaigns/accounts
