P&C Insurance VA / CSR (Remote - US Hours)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Down here in our fast-growing US insurance agency, we move quick, but we keep things smooth. We’re on the hunt for a sharp, reliable P&C Insurance Virtual Assistant / CSR to join the family. We need someone who knows the US insurance landscape like the back of their hand and can handle the daily rhythm of both Personal and Commercial Lines.

If you’ve got a great work ethic, a sharp eye for detail, and know how to keep things rollin' without needing your hand held, you’re gonna fit right in.

THE DAILY ROUTINE

Account Management: Assist with quoting, binding, issuing, and servicing Personal and Commercial Lines policies.

System Management: Dive into EZLynx daily to manage client data, track tasks, and keep policy details neat and tidy.

Administrative Support: Handle renewals, endorsements, cancellations, certificates of insurance (COIs), and policy downloads.

Bookkeeping & Billing: Process client payments, handle billing reconciliation, track commissions, and keep our financial records straight.

Customer Service: Keep our clients happy by answering questions about coverage, billing, and policy changes via email or phone.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE

1. The Experience
At least 1 year of experience as a P&C Insurance Assistant or CSR (US market experience is a must).

Solid footing in both Personal Lines (Auto, Home, Umbrella) and Commercial Lines (General Liability, BOP, Workers' Comp).

EZLynx Proficiency: You need to know your way around the system (navigating files, updating notes, and submitting quotes).

Basic bookkeeping chops (managing invoices, tracking payments, and balancing the books).

2. The Logistics & Setup
Excellent English skills: Great communication, both written and verbal.

The Graveyard Shift: Must be ready to work fixed US Business Hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT).

Fast, Reliable Internet: Minimum 20-25 Mbps download/upload speed.

Storm-Ready Setup: Power outages happen. You must have a reliable backup internet source (like pocket Wi-Fi) and a power backup (UPS/generator) so you don't lose connection when the lights flicker.

A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a good computer and headset.
