Outreach & Systems Operator (Cold Calling + DMs)

Hey! We're EGOS, a US-based company that helps roofing contractors grow with better outreach and follow-up systems. We're looking for a full-time Outreach Specialist to join us long-term.
Don't worry if you haven't done this exact role before — we give you everything: scripts, training, and step-by-step guides. You'll never be guessing.
What you'll do each day:

Send Instagram and Facebook DMs to roofing companies (scripts provided)
Make cold calls to roofing companies (script provided)
Quickly check that our systems are running each morning
Track who you've reached out to
Let us know right away when someone's interested

What you won't have to do:

Write cold emails (our system handles that)
Close sales (the founder handles that)
Manage social media or create content

What we're hoping you have:

Great spoken and written English (you'll be calling US business owners)
Some experience with DMs or cold calling
Organized, reliable, and shows up every day
Comfortable on the phone

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM–12PM US Central Time.
