Outreach Specialist / Appointment Setter Wanted - JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!

- Compensation: $600-$1,200+ per month
- Location: Remote
- Working Hours: 9am-5pm EST, Mon-Fri

Overview:

- We’re a fast growing digital marketing agency group that helps eCommerce brands scale.
- We have 40+ people already on our team, and are looking for an ambitious Outreach Specialist (Appointment Setter) to join our sales team to handle email outreach and replies in our CRM to book more sales calls.

Compensation:

- This role will be performance based with uncapped commission. There is no limit to how much commission you can earn.
- The better you perform, the more commission you will make.
- An OTE (on target earnings) of $600-$1200 will be seen depending on experience, with potential to earn more with uncapped commission.

Job Responsibilities:

- The core of this role will be spent inside Close CRM, handling replies from prospects that come in from our email outreach
- You will also be reaching out to old leads that have previous responded to our emails but have dropped off
- Occasionally you will manage lead lists and preparing them to upload into our outreach campaigns
- Occasionally you will build, launch and optimize email outreach campaigns inside Instantly
- Occasionally you will help create weekly and monthly reports for our email outreach

Skills & Experience:

- Fluent English is required (this is a non-negotiable requirement)
- Experience working with CRM tools (ideally Close.com)
- Experience handling cold email replies and doing email outreach in a b2b setting (ideally in the b2b eCommerce services niche but this isn’t necessary)
- A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Motivated by commission, with the ability to earn more if you perform better
- Follow through on what is promised, trustworthy (if you commit to us with this, you will be rewarded well)
