Job Overview:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Outreach Virtual Assistant to help grow our presence and engage with realtors on Instagram and Facebook. This role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, nurturing relationships through meaningful interactions, and driving bookings for our real estate media services. You will play a key role in expanding our network, generating leads, and maintaining an organized workflow within our CRM HubSpot.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Engagement
• Research and identify realtors in the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas on Instagram.
• Engage with realtors through likes, comments, and DMs to build relationships.
• Track interactions and follow-ups in HubSpot, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
• Initiate and maintain conversations to warm up leads for booking calls or media services.
• CRM & Workflow Management
• Maintain an organized system within Hubspot for tracking outreach, responses, and follow-ups.
• Suggest improvements to streamline and optimize outreach efforts.
• Provide insights on realtor engagement trends and opportunities to help with content efforts.
• Represent Open Range Media’s branding and messaging when interacting with potential clients.
• Collaborate with the team to refine scripts and engagement strategies.

Requirements:
• Prior experience in social media outreach, lead generation, or virtual assistance.
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook engagement strategies (DM outreach, story interactions, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills with experience using HubSpot (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent written communication skills with a personable and professional tone.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Hours:
• Part-time, flexible hours (about 20 hours per week).
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
