About us
Deluslife Media is the distribution and publishing arm of a women-focused business ecosystem founded by Tam R. Luc. We publish and move ideas, books, and founders — we do not chase followers or post on social media. Our lead asset is Beyond Hustle, a book that helps high-producing women redesign businesses that depend entirely on them. Your work puts that book in front of the right women and turns interest into booked conversations.

The role — your one objective
Increase the distribution of Beyond Hustle by securing speaking engagements, podcast interviews, strategic partnerships, and bulk-book opportunities that lead to assessments, Roo ---------- mbers, and Steward Architect clients. You are a distribution operator — not a generalist VA, and not a social media manager.

What you'll do
·        Outreach (most important): Send personalized outreach — cold email, LinkedIn, podcast pitching, speaker applications, partnership outreach — and follow up persistently.
·        Research: Find podcasts, conferences, women's organizations, real-estate events, associations, luxury masterminds, and founder communities.
·        CRM management: Keep the pipeline organized in a CRM (GoHighLevel, Airtable, ClickUp, or Google Sheets).
·        Light copywriting: Write short, tailored pitch messages (not long-form copy).
·        Logistics (bonus): Coordinate speaker/media kits, calendars, book shipments, and bulk orders.

Skills we're looking for
·        Excellent written English and a knack for personalized, human outreach.
·        Cold email, LinkedIn outreach, podcast pitching, speaker applications, partnership outreach.
·        Research skills — you can build a clean target list fast.
·        CRM experience (GoHighLevel / HubSpot / Airtable / ClickUp / Google Sheets).
·        Bonus: event & speaker experience (speaker kits, media kits, bulk orders).

Who you are
Female. Persistent. Organized. Comfortable hearing “no.” A relationship builder who genuinely enjoys networking and follow-up.

This role is NOT
Not a graphic designer, social media manager, executive assistant, appointment setter, or generalist VA. If that's what you do, this isn't the fit.
