Outbound Sales Setter

We generate 200-500 inbound leads per week and we need someone to text and call them all.

We prefer the manual and high touch personality Vs the automated texts and canned bland responses.

We have a high performing sales team and need someone to set triages (Initial phone calls) with our sales people.

To be successful at this role you will...

- Have experience on the phone talking to Australians and New Zealanders
- Be an excellent active listener and conversationalist
- Be able to ask insightful questions and follow a process and sales framework
- Have impeccable english both written and vocal
- Have a high attention to detail
- Know how to use Facebook messenger, Go High Level and Hot Prospector
- Be able to manage booking across timezones with leads coming from across NZ, AUS and North America.
