### Outbound Sales Scheduler

The Outbound Sales Scheduler is responsible for proactively contacting prospective, inactive, and existing customers to generate revenue through booked services and completed sales. This role owns the sales process from first contact to close by identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, presenting pricing, overcoming objections, and securing commitments.

Success requires consistent outbound activity, strong follow-up, and the ability to confidently guide conversations toward clear outcomes.
