Spotd Media is a Melbourne-based performance creative agency specialising in video production, social media management, content creation, and personal branding. We work with real estate agents, gyms, small businesses, and personal brands across Australia to help them grow through high-quality content and strategy.

We are a fast-growing agency and we are looking for a driven, confident, and organised sales representative to join our team and help us bring on new clients.

About the Role

This is primarily an outbound sales and lead generation role with some general admin and virtual assistant tasks. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, starting conversations, and booking discovery calls for our founder.

Your Responsibilities

Outbound prospecting on LinkedIn, Instagram, cold email, and cold calling to target real estate agents and small business owners across Australia. Researching and building lead lists of ideal clients. Sending personalised outreach messages and follow-ups across all channels. Qualifying leads and booking them into our calendar for a discovery call. Tracking all outreach activity and pipeline in a CRM or shared spreadsheet. Handling follow-up sequences until a lead converts or is disqualified. Supporting with general admin tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For

Strong written and spoken English. Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting. Comfortable with cold outreach and not afraid of rejection. Self-motivated and able to work independently with clear targets. Organised and reliable with consistent follow-through. Experience with LinkedIn outreach and Instagram DMs is a big advantage. Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, or a CRM is a plus. Knowledge of social media, content creation, or the marketing industry is highly regarded.
