We’re a growing web design and digital marketing agency looking for a highly motivated and confident outbound sales rep with excellent English and a persuasive, friendly personality.

You will be responsible for reaching out to businesses, booking discovery calls, and introducing our services. Experience is great—but confidence, consistency, and strong communication skills are even more important.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and send messages to potential leads

Present our web design and digital services clearly and confidently

Handle objections professionally and direct prospects to book a call

Track leads and update CRM (we'll train you)

Collaborate with our project manager and CEO to improve outreach

(Optional) Join Zoom calls with clients and pass on project details

? Qualifications:
Fluent and confident English speaker – no exceptions

Friendly, upbeat tone and persuasive speaking style

Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service preferred

Familiarity with digital services like web design or marketing is a big plus

Able to follow scripts but adapt naturally in conversations

Self-motivated and consistent in daily outreach
