We are looking for motivated sales representatives to join our team and help us connect with business owners who could benefit from AI tools, automation, and smarter business systems.

Role Overview

We are hiring Outbound Sales Representative to make outbound phone calls, speak with business owners, qualify potential clients, and book appointments for AI Hub.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by results. You do not need to be an AI expert, but you do need to be coachable, consistent, and willing to learn our offer.

Your main job is to create conversations with potential clients and help move qualified leads into booked sales calls.

Responsibilities
Make outbound phone calls to potential business clients
Introduce AI Hub and explain how we help businesses
Identify whether a prospect may need AI, automation, or sales support
Qualify leads based on business needs and interest level
Book appointments or discovery calls
Follow up with interested prospects
Track call activity and lead status
Use provided scripts, call notes, and sales materials
Maintain a professional and positive tone on every call
Report daily activity and results

Compensation

Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and closed deals. Exact structure depends on experience, availability, and performance. Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into higher-paying sales roles as the team expands.

Compensation: $X–$Y/hour plus $X per qualified appointment booked and additional bonuses for closed deals.

High-performing callers will have the opportunity to grow with the company as we expand our sales team.
