About Us:
Lux Markets is an innovative data analytics SaaS platform that connects emerging consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands with actionable insights to optimize their growth. We also specialize in organizing exclusive pop-up markets at luxury apartment complexes. To expand our presence, we are looking for a dedicated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Outreach: Use Pipedrive CRM to manage leads and maintain a detailed pipeline of apartment complexes.

Booking Pop-Up Market Dates: Reach out to apartment complex managers to book dates for Lux Markets’ pop-up events.

Scheduling Site Visits: Coordinate and schedule site visits for the CEO at various apartment complexes.

Follow-Up Communication: Ensure consistent and professional follow-up with leads to maintain engagement and finalize bookings.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Lux Markets team to align outreach efforts with company goals and market strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in outbound sales, with proven success in lead generation and sales conversions.

CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM is a must.

Communication Skills: Fluent or expert-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate and CPG sectors is highly desirable.

Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and tasks effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern sales and communication tools.

Compensation and Schedule:

Hours: 10 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $5-7 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
