With access to a virtually limitless inventory of vehicles nationwide through our partners, finding the right vehicle for any client has never been easier — and we help Canadians across every credit situation get approved and into the right car.
On top of our automotive program, we run a multi-product financial outreach to engage clients in other services — personal loans, mortgages, and credit solutions. This supports our automotive sales while offering a wider range of products and deeper engagement.
We're expanding our outbound team and hiring experienced prospectors to revive our database and create fresh opportunities for our closers.
*The role*
This is a pure prospecting and appointment-setting role — a mix of cold and warm traffic. Each day you're handed sets of aged data (people who applied with us previously), and our strongest performers also get live, currently-applying clients. Your job is to bring these leads back to life through calls, SMS, and
*What you'll do*
-Make outbound calls to re-engage applicants from our database (cold and warm)
-Run SMS and
-Qualify interest and basic eligibility for auto financing (or flag for other products)
-Hand off high-quality, fully-noted leads to closers so they can pick up and run
-Manage multiple conversations at once with disciplined, timely follow-up
-Keep your activity and notes clean and current in the system
*What we're looking for*
-5+ years in sales/customer service, with real outbound cold-calling and prospecting experience (auto finance a strong plus)
-Clear, neutral, easily-understood English on the phone — strong written grammar too
-Resilience and drive: you don't flinch at "no" and you work a list hard
-Organized and fast — able to juggle calls, texts, and
-Comfortable on camera for daily team huddles
*Tools you'll use*
WhatsApp, Slack, a CRM (GoHighLevel experience preferred), Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets), plus Excel and Word, and AI prospecting tools. We provide full training, scripts, and SMS/email templates.
*Schedule & setup*
-Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pacific Time (British Columbia, Canada) — this is a night-shift role in the Philippines
-8-hour shifts: two 15-minute breaks + one 30-minute break
-On camera during shift for team huddles
-A proper home workstation: reliable high-speed internet, a stable Wi-Fi or wired connection, and a quality headset
*Compensation*
-Base salary + monthly commission — the real earning potential is in the commission
-Potential Income range: $500-$1,200 CAD
-Semi-monthly payments
-2-week paid trial, followed by a 3-month probationary period to confirm mutual fit
