Candidates must be fully fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a neutral U.S. English dialect with minimal accent. Availability during U.S. business hours is required to ensure strong prospect engagement and collaboration with the team.
The BDR will play a key role in expanding our pipeline by identifying qualified opportunities, supporting account buildout initiatives, sourcing new leads, and helping ensure scheduled demos are attended by engaged prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining close alignment with leadership and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
? Prospect and engage automotive dealership decision-makers through outbound phone
calls and
? Identify and qualify prospective customers within our target ICP
? Conduct account and lead research using LinkedIn, Google, dealership websites, and
lead databases
? Build and maintain accurate lead and account records within Salesforce CRM
? Schedule qualified demo meetings for the VP of Business Development
? Drive strong demo attendance and prospect engagement
? Support pipeline growth through consistent outbound activity and lead generation
? Assist with account buildout and territory development initiatives
? Maintain organized follow-up and communication workflows
? Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and targeting
Qualifications & Experience
? Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS business development or sales development
? Strong preference for experience in eCommerce-related software or platforms
? Automotive aftersales or dealership industry experience is a strong plus, but not required
? Proven experience with:
