Job Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our outbound affiliate marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who excels in high-volume task execution, particularly in the realm of outbound email campaigns for affiliate marketing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing our affiliate marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and management of outbound communications.

Key Responsibilities:


Email Campaign Execution:

Execute high-volume email campaigns targeted at potential affiliates.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of outbound emails as per the given schedule.
Navigate Affiliate sites to identify potential new partners.

Affiliate Outreach Management:

Handle the initial outreach to potential affiliates, following predefined templates and guidelines.
Organize and maintain a database of affiliate contacts and communications.

Response Handling and Follow-Up:

Monitor inbound responses from affiliates and provide initial replies.
Coordinate with the team for any required follow-up actions.

Reporting and Support:

Assist in compiling basic reports on email campaign performance and affiliate responses.
Provide administrative support in affiliate marketing operations.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing high-volume email campaigns.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using email marketing tools and databases.
Basic understanding of affiliate marketing concepts.
Excellent communication skills.


Language Requirement:

Fluent in English.
