Operations and Virtual Assistant Manager

I need someone that will help me run the operations of the entire company and write the SOPs for every position and manage the work of all other VAs.

We are a storm restoration company.

Need to make sure they are sharing their screen at all times and working. Also, that they are not error going to be made by the team and creating a responsibility hierarchy for every employee.

Other requirements include being able to type fast, fast internet connection and experience doing similar work in terms creating the entire structure of a company in terms of developing SOPs and KPIs that we can measure.

Ultimately, we will follow a measuring workflow that will be created by you.

You have the flexibility to create your own department in a way. Therefore, as part of your application. Explain what is your gameplan and implementation plan to get the entire processes up to speed.
