Job Description:

We seek an experienced Operations and Project Manager to streamline our operational processes and lead project management efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing multiple projects, optimizing team workflows, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and coordinate project management activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Onboard customers and ensure a smooth customer experience for new clients.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage resource allocation and scheduling for timely completion of projects.
- Maintain continuous lines of communication, keeping stakeholders informed of project progress and potential issues.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and implement improvements when necessary.
- Collaborate with the CEO to integrate project goals with overall company objectives.
- Analyze operational performance and resolve issues to improve quality and service.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
