JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized and professional Operations Administrator with strong customer service, communication, and sales follow-up skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling jobs, coordinating crews, following up on estimates, generating customer reviews, and supporting daily business operations.

The right candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, as this role involves frequent communication with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and referral partners by phone, text, and email. Hours will fluctuate from 20-30hrs a week.

Candidates must be available during standard United States business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and be responsive throughout the workday to support customers, scheduling, and operational needs.
