Operations Specialist - Property Rental (Co-living)

Job Overview:
We seek a skilled and experienced Operations Specialist to oversee our coliving properties. The successful candidate will ensure our properties' smooth operation, including managing maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and handling tenant issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of coliving properties, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure vendor compliance with company standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain detailed property maintenance records, repairs, and tenant interactions.
- Develop and implement property-specific policies and procedures as needed
- Monitor and analyze property performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing and marketing, to ensure the overall success of our coliving properties

Requirements:
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Proven experience in maintenance and/or property management, including Appfolio
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work US operating hours, specifically Mountain Standard Time (GMT07:00)
- Proven experience in creating and improving systems and processes
- Research skills on the latest physical tools for properties and online tools (including automation and AI)

Education:
A degree in a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience and skills are the essential qualifications for this role.
