About the Role
We are a busy ophthalmology practice undergoing an exciting restructuring phase. We're committed to enhancing our operational efficiency to better serve our patients and referring partners. To support this transformation, we are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to implement new operational systems and strategies that will improve our practice’s functionality and growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement new operational systems to optimize efficiency.
Streamline workflows to improve patient experience and staff productivity.
Oversee the adoption of technology-driven solutions to enhance operations.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth transition during restructuring.
Manage key operational projects and ensure timely execution.
Provide ongoing recommendations for process improvements.
Train and support staff to adapt to new systems and procedures.

Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in technology and digital tools for business operations.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
Experience with change management is a plus.
